Topic Title and Subtitle
Create a niche and dominate it. Your topic title and subtitle are first in line for this role. Whether you already have a working title and subtitle or not, customize the wording to make sure your message is tightly positioned for your target audience.

Topic Intro
The way you introduce your topic is paramount.  Make every word count as you uncover a need or problem then show how you provide the solution with your own unique brand of breakthrough results.

Take–Home Solutions
Don't simply list the issues you address. Make this a can't-miss inventory of seven to ten specific, mouth-watering benefits your audience will gain from your presentation.  Meeting planners want results--show what you deliver.

Client Testimonials
Get your best clients in your corner and let them tell how much they benefit from you and your expertise.  Choose three quotes that will complete the desired effect of your One Sheet.

High-Profile Clients
Advertise for what you want more of.  This means listing only a five to seven top clients and audiences.  You are positioning yourself as the national expert.  If you currently work only with local or regional clients, make sure they are well known and respected in your target market.

Media Resume
Have you been featured in major media outlets--newspapers, magazines, industry publications, radio or TV?  Make it known that you are a widely recognized and sought-after expert on your topic.

Books and Info Products
List your books or information products right on your One Sheet. Then pre-sell them to the meeting planner--by the hundreds--from your Fee Menu.  Offer a volume discount and you'll be a hands-down favorite as a great speaker and a business partner.

High-Credibility Bio
Relevance is key here.  Even if you have a long list of credentials and achievements, showcase what is relevant to this topic and your target audience.

Related Presentations
List your other keynote and seminar topics to show that you deliver on a variety of related and sought-after topics--a great way to generate repeat bookings right from the start!
